About the Role:

As a Research & Development Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, planning, and executing engineering lab or vehicle tests, analyzing data, publishing reports, and gathering and translating market data and competitive intelligence into new products. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge technology and innovation in braking and suspension systems. You’ll collaborate with a talented team to drive innovation and excellence, taking ownership of key responsibilities that directly contribute to our success.

Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and validate test methods by designing lab and vehicle tests, selecting equipment, and running experiments.
• Analyze results, interpret data, draw conclusions, and publish reports with recommendations.
• Conduct market research to gather competitive intelligence and identify industry trends.
• Transform technological improvements into prototype designs and evaluations.
• Document key decisions and ensure smooth progression of R&D component releases.
• Execute projects following Technology Readiness Level (TRL) guidelines to transition new technologies.
• Maintain technical relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Document and teach best practices for testing procedures.
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

Education, Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent required; 3-5 years of experience preferred.
