Assembly Department Supervisor

Overview: At Hayfield Window & Door, we are committed to producing high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for coordinating all manufacturing activities in assigned departments, ensuring customer satisfaction at the lowest costs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement programs, policies, and procedures that support total customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate production activities to meet customer demands
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure product quality
• Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall performance
• Lead by example and promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods
