What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Consultant - Wichita, KS position at Hayloft Property Management?
A Leasing Consultant is primarily responsible for apartment sales and customer service to existing and/or prospective residents.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones & showing apartments
- Strong customer service experience
- Processing lease documentation for potential residents
- Outside marketing, inside sales, and other administrative duties as required.
This position requires some weekends. Previous leasing and/or sales experience is a plus.
