What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician - Sioux Falls, SD position at Hayloft Property Management?
We are now hiring a Maintenance Technician who will primarily perform maintenance duties according to policy and procedures as well as ensuring general/preventive maintenance repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
$18-$21 per hour
Qualifications:
- History or experience in maintenance and/or related fields
- Frequent use of hand-held tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic, can meet deadlines and is detail-oriented
Role and Responsibilities:
- Completion of daily assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to perform basic building, basic electrical, painting and basic plumbing repairs.
- Maintains accurate inventory levels for existing inventory and equipment.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently, produce quality work and follow technical procedures while ensuring completion of tasks to meet established deadlines.
- Ability to interact effectively and in a business-like manner with other staff, residents, service workers, and others.
Additionally:
- It is necessary that the candidate has exceptional customer service, is highly motivated, has organizational skills, excellent time management, and attention to detail.
