Responsibilities
- Prioritizing and completing work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Keeping the community clean and well maintained
- Utilize your troubleshooting skills to respond to a wide variety of residential service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare apartment homes for rent
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors
- Ensure that any unresolved maintenance issues or concerns are reported to the Management
- Ability to work on-call hours in a weekly rotation among a staff of 5.
Requirements
- Previous experience (2 years) in a technician position in apartment industry
- Possession of tools needed to perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Dedication to exceeding the needs of all customers with an ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Demonstrate thoroughness, accuracy, and organization when accomplishing tasks.
- EPA & CPO Certification Preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background and drug screening.
- Must have your own general tools.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Ability to use electronic communication professionally and efficiently.
- Must be a team player.
- Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
