Coverage dates : 9 / 28 / 2022 - 9 / 30 / 2022
Day shift (8 H) from 8 am -4 pm
The ideal candidate must have completed a Master's Degree Level Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Program from an accredited college / university
Provider must have an active unrestricted applicable licensure
Candidate must have current National Board Certification and DOT certified
Prefer OCC Health Experience
Ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of primary care practice experience, the ability to work independently, and experience working with an Electronic Medical Record
