Business Manager Full Time, Available Immediately
Looking for a business manager to lead a small team of 3-6 staff to meet daily and monthly sales goals by overseeing the daily operations, and ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
The primary focus of the business manager is meeting the office goal.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead daily morning huddle to realign the team to meet daily goal
· Communicate with staff to promote team work and focus on office goal
· Implement procedures and policies
· Track progress throughout the day and brainstorm how to hit daily goal
Requirements:
· Must have experience in customer service and sales
· Must have experience in management
· Must be a great communicator
· Must be methodical, and be motivated

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
