Responsibilities & Duties
- Strategic Planning: Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations: Handling employee concerns, conflicts, guiding disciplinary processes.
- Performance Management: Implementing performance evaluations systems.
- Training and Development: Planning and executing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Leadership and Team Management: Leading the HR team in collaboration with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
- HR Metrics and Analytics: Utilizing HR data to assess organizational effectiveness and inform decision making.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field of study.
- Master’s degree is preferred. Professional Certification is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of human resources strategies and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
