Duties and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing routine maintenance on company vehicles, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and cleanliness
- Maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Assisting with minor plumbing repairs, including unclogging drains and fixing leaky faucets
- Repairing and constructing various structures, including walls, shelves, and doors
- Moving heavy objects, including furniture and equipment
- Painting and decorating interior and exterior surfaces
- Providing janitorial services, including cleaning residences, schools, and offices
