Our best-in-class commission plan guarantees weekly pay in the initial training period, which includes either an hourly rate ($15 per hour) or your earned commissions, whichever is greater for the week. We will provide you with a Training Program and your own Sales Coach to help you learn the ropes, hone your skills, and become a sales superstar in no time.
