Our best-in-class commission plan guarantees weekly pay in the initial training period, which includes either an hourly rate ($15 per hour) or your earned commissions, whichever is greater for the week. This ensures you’re rewarded for every hour you work while having the opportunity to maximize your earnings. Your hard work and dedication always pays off!
We will provide you with a Training Program and your own Sales Coach to help you learn the ropes, hone your skills, and become a sales superstar in no time.
