SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS: A proven track record of effectively managing daily operations and motivating sales teams to meet or exceed sales goals. Possess strong analytical skills to assess sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve sales processes. Demonstrate effective training techniques and the ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
