• Showcase Our Selection: Maintain and arrange our inventory with an eye for display that captures attention. Ensure our collections look inviting and are easy for customers to explore.
• Hands-On Support: Lift, move, and display rugs as needed to assist customers and keep our showroom looking its best.
• Product Knowledge: Have a solid understanding of rug materials, weaving techniques, origins, and care. Answer customer questions with confidence and enthusiasm, making every interaction informative and enjoyable.
• Sales Excellence: Meet and exceed sales goals by developing lasting relationships with customers. Deliver an unforgettable shopping experience that keeps them coming back.
