With the increasing number of households in the U.S. and the fact that mattresses typically need replacement every 5-7 years, business is booming , and we're bursting at the seams!

We will provide you with a Training Program and your own Sales Coach to help you learn the ropes, hone your skills, and become a sales superstar in no time.
Our best-in-class commission plan guarantees weekly pay in the initial training period, which includes either an hourly rate ($15 per hour) or your earned commissions, whichever is greater for the week. This ensures you're rewarded for every hour you work while having the opportunity to maximize your earnings. Your hard work and dedication always pay off!
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships by keeping our customers at the center of everything you do. You'll make their dreams (and bedrooms) come true!
- Provide expert-level knowledge about mattresses, pillows, sheets, and all things bedding to guide customers to the right products.
- Achieve individual sales goals and KPIs while living out our company values and supporting exciting initiatives.
- Maintain customer relationships after the sale-send friendly delivery reminders, resolve any issues, and ensure every customer feels supported.
