HAYNES DEVELOPMENT, the company that created and build AWARD WINNING QUARRY WALK in Oxford, CT is seeking a CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR. Will consider part time or full time candidates. THIS POSITION HAS UPWARD POTENTIAL FOR THE RIGHT EXPERIENCED AND ENTHUSIASTIC INDIVIDUAL!!!
The incumbent will report to our Construction Manager and support project managers regarding contract ducuments, change orders, purchase orders and other contract modifications, approval and additional services related to project accounting and billing.
Repsonsible for understanding and interpreting project contracts and billing terms. Will prepare and/or review project setup modifications forms to insure project budgets and revenue recognition is setup.
Generates monthly reports; review invoices to proper coding and approval as prepared by biller. Requisitions billing for project by given deadlines and coodinates all project closeout documents including all the warranty information - model numbrs for major equipment, the msds sheets and user manuals. Maintain financials for each project assigned. Maintain proper onsite project accounting files. Provides coordination and administrative support to their assigned projects. Incumbent issues and tracts all aspects of the project in conjunction with the PM.
Utilizes both TIMBERLINE (SAGE) AND PROCORE.
Coordinates insurance compliance for all subs and vendors; maintains record of expiration dates and monitor daily to ensure subs on site have valid and current coverage. Reviews certification and confirms accuracy.
SKILLS
Must have experience with Microsoft Suite, particularly with Excel. Experience with PROCURE AND TIMBERLINE (SAGE) preferred.
Understanding and experience in contract administration for a construction entity or similar
