Role Responsibilities
- Proactive safety-first attitude.
- Ensure compliance to all safety, environmental, AAP & EEO rules, regulations, and laws.
- Ensure compliance to plant rules.
- Direct daily operations of forge/mill crews.
- Follow all SOP’s and QCI’s.
- Adhere to the collective bargaining agreement.
- Maintain all needed documentation
- Schedule daily work to meet production goals.
- Assist supervisors in directing grind/cut operations, filling needed overtime, and maintaining operating supplies
