Professional full time Legal Assistant with experience working in a law office environment to assist Attorneys in our Columbia Business and Probate practice groups. Duties include but are not limited to: Preparing conflict checks, legal transcription/dictation, downloading filings, correspondence, travel arrangements, billing, invoice processing, and other duties as assigned in other departments as requested or needed. Proficient and accurate typing skills required with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Successful candidates will possess a great attention to detail, organization and ability to work within a team setting. Prior experience in a probate practice is a plus. Full-time positions receive a competitive salary and benefits package.
