- Provide technical guidance to teams of engineers, scheduling, training and onboarding
- Work with the department on Preventive Maintenance plans and logs
- Act as a liaison to both staff and guests
- Strong technical background in MEP needed- (Should be at Chief or minimum, Assistant Chief level)
- Proven expertise in NYC buildings, knowing codes and regulations
- Ability to respond to emergencies as needed
- Technical training, NYC Refrigeration license is highly desired, as is prior experience working with a cultural institution / museum
