They're currently seeking a Lead Superintendent to join the well established project team and lead the construction of a multi-story luxury building on the vibrant beaches of Miami.

Job Description :

As a Lead Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process for our multi-story luxury building project. You will ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in coordinating with subcontractors, managing on-site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all phases of the construction project from start to finish.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent in multi-story building construction, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
