Multifamily developer looking to hire a PM to help deliver affordable housing solutions in San Diego
My client is quickly becoming the most active developer of housing in Southern California, by deploying their mission-driven, vertically integrated housing production and activation model. They are scaling up their company to build and activate high volumes of unsubsidized new housing that is affordable to moderate- and low-income households.
The company currently has several San Diego projects under construction and in the development process and is on track to build 10,000 apartment units in San Diego this decade.
They are seeking a talented, energetic Project Manager to help them develop and execute the industry's most innovative private-sector solution for the housing crisis.
As an PM working with their construction team, you will be responsible for the completion of high-quality projects on time, within budget and within scope for the company in the San Diego area.
