This firm has been around since the 1990s and is still growing and building today. They are focused on multi-family, mostly affordable, projects in NYC and also own and operate these properties as well. This company is fully vertically integrated and will help to expose you to the entire real estate process, not just the building. The firm is looking for a Construction Project Manager to run one of two new projects starting in 2023.
As a Construction Project Manager or SPM for this company, you would be managing the construction and execution of mid-rise to high-rise affordable housing projects in NYC. This person would be expected to run their projects with little oversight, meaning, no micromanagement! This position has the ability to grow and would serve to fast track your career by giving you the full lifecycle of a project to be able to put on your resume.
