Leading Construction Management firm seeking Cost Manager to work on prestigious Corporate TI projects

My client delivers integrated project and cost management services nationwide, managed from their network of offices across all major cities in the US. They have been operating for 30 years and manage over $5billion annually in construction volume across the US.

They are an owner's representative for construction consulting services dedicated to a wide array of development sectors. They have an enviable client base including Nike, Netflix, SAP, JPMorgan Chase, Fujifilm and Blackstone.

Due to continued demand for their services, they are looking to hire an experienced Cost Manager to help deliver a number of Corporate TI projects in SoCal, with projects in LA County and San Diego. To be considered for this role, you must have experience in the construction industry with a solid grasp of cost consultant responsibilities. You must also have RICS or equivalent accreditation.
