- Oversee all aspects of project development, including site selection, feasibility analysis, design, construction, and leasing.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial models.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new development opportunities.
- Prepare and present project proposals and reports to senior management and investors.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Travel to project sites across the Southeast region as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on build-to-rent communities.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale development projects.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Southeast region.
