- Responsible for oversight of all mission-critical MEP, including office space and trading floors
- Conduct daily walk-throughs of the site, assess condition of operation, consult design drawings
- Work and oversee outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is performed at the standard needed
- Hours 2PM-11PM, Monday-Friday
- Strong understanding and experience, (5 years) of dedicated mission-critical support within the MEP space
- Preventive maintenance experience handling HVAC, redundancy systems, BMS and fire prevention systems
- This role requires a FT on-site presence, and a rotational shift for some nights and weekends as needed
- Strong personality, organized, and ability to be a top communicator with all lines of the business
