Seeking a Community Manager to support 200 ultra-luxury units on the UES. $120K-$140K base salary
A leader in the NYC Real Estate Property Management market is seeking a Community Manager to join their team! You will be responsible for overseeing front and back of house operations on the Upper East Side for a White Glove portfolio of 200 ultra-luxury rental units.
The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in property management, customer service, and leasing in Manhattan high-rise multifamily assets.
Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of customer service, coordinating with the Maintenance and Leasing Teams in response to resident requests, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are being adhered to correctly and consistently by on-site staff. You will also be responsible for managing and creating budgets and financials.
