Experienced Commercial Preconstruction Manager - Northern Virginia $140,000 - $175,000 (Relocation offered)

Our client is a prominent General Contractor, founded over 70 years ago and headquartered in Northern Virginia. They specialize in a diverse range of projects, including corporate interiors, mixed-use developments, multifamily housing, office buildings, retail spaces, sports facilities, building projects valued from $20Million to $200Million. With over 80% of their work coming from repeat clients, they pride themselves on strong relationships and quality work.

They are seeking to hire an experienced Preconstruction Manager from a commercial background to join their Northern Virginia team. Our client is also open to candidates wanting to relocate to Virginia.
Your new role
As a Preconstruction Manager you will work in a large team of 10 reporting to the VP of Preconstruction. You will be managing multiple projects simultaneously, produce bids, manage the buyout process, perform takeoffs, apply unit costs for various trade work, write scopes, compile bids into complete bid proposals, read technical drawings, project specifications, write RFI's and ensure good sub coverage.
What you'll need to succeed
Must have a proven track record working as an Estimator or Preconstruction Manager within a General Contractor environment.
