Your new company
The Company provides accounting, financial, human resources, marketing and operations solutions to the Company, its affiliated entities, investment entities and family office services clients. The Company and its affiliated entities' primary business lines include investment management, real estate development, architecture and interior design and family office services. The goal of the Company is to provide seamless resources and expertise to the Company, its affiliated entities, investment entities and family office services clients, and the goal of this Position is to ensure that the treasury and payroll needs of the organizations are seamless and controlled.
Your new role
The Company is seeking an intelligent, motivated and entrepreneurial individual to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for a variety of, treasury, payroll and administrative work necessary to meet the needs of the Company as well as its family office services clients and its affiliated entities. You will execute treasury processes, solutions and reporting with the objective of achieving accuracy, efficiency and strong internal controls, manage day-to-day activities in treasury function including processing wires and internal transfers, verifying wire instructions, ensuring transfers are completed accurately and timely, and documenting transactions, oversee and forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs and funds available for investment, prepare cash reports and KPI dashboards for key stakeholders, actively engage in financial reviews and annual budgeting processes and more.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have your bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business, 5 years of treasury experience. Payroll experience is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel. Desire to work in a small collegial environment; ability to self-motivate and manage multiple tasks and projects. Comfortable taking initiatives and suggesting new ideas, processes, improvements, etc.
