- Experience with multifamily projects in Texas markets.
- Expert on Texas building codes.
- Competitive base salary within the range of $180,000 - $215,000, plus performance-based bonuses.

Job Description :
The Vice President of Construction (Multifamily) will oversee all aspects of construction operations for multifamily development projects, from pre-construction through project completion. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, deep construction expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects within budget, on schedule, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal development teams, contractors, and design professionals to execute large-scale multifamily projects in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead all construction operations for ground-up multifamily developments, including stick and brick garden-style builds.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing construction team, including project managers, site supervisors, and field staff.
Partner with the development team during pre-construction to review designs, budgets, and schedules.
Monitor construction progress, addressing delays, cost overruns, and quality issues proactively.
Implement best practices, tools, and technology to improve construction workflows.
Required Qualifications :
15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in general contracting and multifamily ground-up development projects.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, scheduling software, and contract negotiations.
