Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects adhere to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
- Assist and take ownership of RFI's, Change Orders and other PM admin duties.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Resolve technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or project engineering.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.
- Experience of working on NYCDEP or similar public agencies.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
