Your new role
- Distribute monthly proformas to partner
- Prepare and revise draft bills
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks within Firm guidelines
- Submit and monitor e-bills
- Review bills for compliance with client agreements
- Confirm correct rates and fee arrangements
- Communicate billing status and queries with partners
- Assist with proformas and invoices
- Resolve payment and vendor inquiries
- Maintain detailed billing notes
- Escalate issues to senior management
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
- 1 years of legal billing experience preferred.
- Understanding of billing processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage workflow efficiently.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Knowledge of 3E or Elite Enterprise preferred.
- Familiarity with e-billing software
