Your new role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project costing, safety, scheduling, budget and overall management of the day to day operations of the site. Successfully bid projects will be passed on to you from the pre-construction team, you will then communicate and manage the project, liaising with sub-trades, consultants, engineers and client representatives.
What you will need to succeed
- 5 years of experience working as a Project Manager
- Large-scale ground up construction experience required, project size over $25 million
- Ability to multi-task and drive on time, on budget results
- Strong communication skills
