Join a well-known development / construction real estate firm with a large project backlog. -Your new company-A full-service real estate firm focused on multi-family projects, from affordable to luxury, in the NYC area. This company is very interested in bettering the community and providing adequate housing for all of us, here, in NYC. This award-winning firm is growing and is looking for solid PMs for its team. This company is capable of developing and building its own projects, as well as building for other developers / investors. The company has an in-house development team, as well as an in-house construction team. The search has just begun for a capable Project Manager to oversee the construction of a $200M multi-family development in the city.-Your new role-Your first project as a Project Manager with this firm will be a ground-up 600-unit, multi-tower development. The development is mixed-use multi-family and includes 2x 20-story towers. The project is starting early 2025, so the time has come to hire the right individual. This developer has an in-house construction arm, which is able to self-perform, but this project is being built by a 3rd party GC and YOU will be the Owner Project Manager.
