They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent to join their team and oversee the successful execution of key projects, starting with a new $60M sitework project in Jersey City.
Key Responsibilities :
- Site Supervision : Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Team Leadership : Manage and coordinate site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure efficient project execution.
- Quality Control : Ensure all work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality guidelines.
- Scheduling : Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all project phases.
- Problem Solving : Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Reporting : Provide regular updates to project managers and senior management on project progress and any issues encountered.
