Position : They are seeking either a junior or experienced Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years estimating experience and preferably experience bidding on projects valued $10Million and upwards. Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare hard bid, fixed price, sealed envelope estimates for projects ranging from $5 million to $100 million.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop comprehensive bids.
- Analyze project requirements and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, costs, and best practices.
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure all bid submissions are timely and accurate.
