Your new company-
I currently have 2 reputable Heavy Civil construction company that self perform the majority or their projects and are immediately looking to hire general Superintendent with Heavy Civil experience.
What you'll need to succeed-
They are actively seeking a qualified General Superintendent with experience managing multiple different self-perform crews and subcontractors. I am currently working with the VP's of both companies looking to fill these positions. One of our clients is looking for someone with strong Earthwork and Underground Utility experience and the other is looking for someone with strong experience on SFWMD and USACE projects.
- 8-10 years of relatable Superintendent / General Superintendent experience
- Majority of experience on Civil/Private or USACE/SFMWD projects
- Experience managing Superintendent, self perform crews, and subcontractors
- Skilled in Earthwork, grading, clearing, Utilities, concrete, etc.
