Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Mid-Senior Level Estimator to lead on estimates with the support of an Assistant Estimator. You will be responsible for bidding on projects valued between $1Million - $5Million.
What you'll need to succeed
- Preferred background in SCIFF projects or strong expertise in interiors.
- Proven General Contractor (GC) experience—not subcontractor.
- Local presence with strong regional relationships within the DMV.
- Proficiency in interpreting and understanding drawings.
- 5–10 years of estimating experience at a mid to senior level.
- Self-starter, proactive, and motivated attitude.
