What are the responsibilities and job description for the Multifamily Construction Superintendent position at Hays?
We are currently working with one of the top construction companies Nationwide. Our client is in a major growth mode and has done some very notable multifamily projects. With a remarkably strong reputation for providing the best service, they have secured several new multifamily projects that will provide an excellent opportunity for an experienced Multifamily Superintendent.
The Superintendent will also manage schedules including short term schedules to make sure all is ahead of scheduled dates, prepare and submit superintendents daily reports, attend project meetings including all subcontractor meetings, and review all invoices. Take this opportunity to manage subcontractors and other field professionals as you enhance your expertise, and advance in your goals.
