One of NYC's leading residential Owners/Operators' is seeking a to join their team on the Upper East Side.
This Leasing Consultant will provide excellent customer service and will be responsible for overseeing the move in/move out processes, leasing, and maintaining positive relationships with prospective and current residents. They will be the first to address resident concerns with stellar customer service and, additionally, they will track apartment availability, conduct tours, assist with lease agreements, as well as contribute to property curb appeal.
Who You Are:
- 2 years experience in NYC Multifamily Leasing or Property Management
- Customer Service Expert and organized
- Understands fair housing local laws
