Join an established Engineering Firm with deep MEP Engineering capabilities that is expanding further into PM/CM Services with their Public Sector transportation clients in NYC, based mid-town Manhattan on a hybrid schedule. Compensation is flexible depending on skills & experience.
Your new role
You will work closely with a Principal of the Firm that currently supports their PM/CM activities. This is a terrific opportunity to form a close partnership with them and grow out this aspect of their business over the coming years. This role can suit some that is quite experienced in this space, or someone that is newer to working in a dedicated PM/CM services role.
What you'll need to succeed
The Firm support a lot of MEP Design & Engineering work for their clients, so extensive experience managing MEP related projects is a must to be considered. Ideally coupled with expertise supporting Public Sector or Transportation related customers.
