Your new role
The Preconstruction Manager position involves developing comprehensive budgets and estimates for projects of various scales and complexities, from initial estimates to hard bids, and serving as the main point of contact during the preconstruction phase.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 3- 5 years in construction estimating.
- Experience with estimating software Smartbidnet and OnScreen Takeoff preferred.
- A customer-focused approach to all tasks.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work effectively independently or within a team.
What you'll get in return
Base salary $100,000 - $140,000 (neg)
