Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within our organization. The RTE will be responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of value through the ART, facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning, fostering Agile practices and mindsets, and coaching leaders and teams. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a similar role, a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, and excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) processes: Lead and coordinate ART activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Program Increment (PI) Planning: Organize and facilitate PI planning events, monitor progress, and ensure successful execution.
- Risk Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback and metrics collection
- Collaboration: Promote collaboration and synchronization between teams within the ART.
- Coaching: Coach leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets..
Required Skills:
- Leadership: Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities to guide teams effectively
- Agile Frameworks: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to liaise between product management, development, and operations teams
- Organizational: Ability to manage dependencies and coordinate with other release trains
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) or similar Agile certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project management or a related role.
Salary : $55 - $65
