About the role
As senior project manager, you will support and assist in the management of construction projects and oversee their progress in a timely and cost-effective manner. You will play an integral role in the company's development and construction team by being tasked with design coordination, budgeting, scheduling, day-to-day management, reporting, cost management, quality control, and closeout. You will manage projects ranging from 20,000 sqft to 120,000 sqft.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in construction management or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in project management
- Experience in healthcare projects is preferred
- Ability to produce and manage project schedules
- Must be willing to travel
Compensation & Benefits
- $140k-$150k base salary
- Bonus potential up to 15%-20% of base pay
