Our client is currently seeking to hire a Lead/General/Senior Superintendent with High-Rise experience to lead on a $200M, 24 Story Tower in Indianapolis. A unique build, with intricate design methods will make this a challenging, but rewarding build.
Our partnership client is a Top 20, Nationally rated ENR Design Build General Contractor established for almost 100 years. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a premier builder to work on a significant, high-profile projects in Indiana and wider states, thereafter.
Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
High-Rise Project experience is non-negotiable for this role - Ideally 20 Stories
Familiar with all High-Rise aspects including Concrete
To be successful in this role you must have very strong technical knowledge of the construction process and strong communication skills to work effectively with your subcontractors and project team.
If possible, strong sub-contractor relationships across the Mid-West would be advantageous
Experience using software tools like Procore, Plangrid or Primavera 6 is also attractive.

Your new role
- First Project: Work on circa $200M new, Ground Up, High Rise Projects in Indianapolis
- Second: Likely in surrounding States (Mid-West) but could also be part of wider Mountain West Teams
- Supervise the construction effort to ensure it is in alignment with the design, budget & schedule.
- Develop and strengthen the clients' relationships with subcontracting partners and decision makers at local & regional agency organizations
- Manage the on-site safety program
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and ensure overall contractual performance
- Manage the schedule and support the project management team with the budget
- Provide technical assistance such as interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment and implementing and maintaining tight quality control
