A Property Management Leader in NYC's Real Estate Industry is seeking a Sr. Resident Manager to oversee a team a portfolio of 4 buildings including 3 Resident Managers and 300 total luxury rental units in Manhattan.
My client is seeking an experienced leader with strong mechanical skills and polished customer service to manage 3 Resident Managers and a large team of 32BJ union employees.
MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE OF OTHER REESIDENT MANAGERS OR OFFICE STAFF TO BE CONSIDERED.
As the Sr. Resident Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring safe work practices, leading by example, and providing excellent customer service to residents. You will also maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces to ensure they are in proper working order.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
This position offers a base salary range of $115K-125K, a discretionary bonus, full company-paid health insurance, and a live-in 2 bedroom apartment.
