A growing commercial general contractor is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing tilt-wall healthcare or commercial projects and completing projects on-time. This role requires a minimum of 8-10 years of superintendent experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
- Lead and coordinate on-site construction activities to ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs.
- Resolve any on-site conflicts or issues that may arise during construction.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- Proven experience in leading tilt-wall healthcare or commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
