Your new role
The Commercial Construction Superintendent role involves overseeing all aspects of the construction process for a $300 million commercial project. You will be in charge of on-site management, subcontractor coordination, schedule adherence, safety compliance, and quality assurance. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust throughout the project lifecycle. This project is set to span over three years.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be eligible for the Commercial Construction Superintendent role, you must have a proven track record of supervising commercial projects exceeding $100 million. Strong concrete or tilt-up construction experience is preferred. We welcome traveling superintendents with the expectation that they will continue with our company after the project's completion. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
