Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team in Orlando. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in managing ground-up projects. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for ground-up projects.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to track progress and address any issues.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any design or construction challenges.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on ground-up projects.
Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on industrial, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and office building projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards.
