Your new role
Currently, they are in search of a VP of Finance who will report directly to the CEO and Co-Founder. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s daily expansion and will be a key member of the executive team, influencing financial strategies and the broader business direction. There is a clear trajectory for this individual to become the company’s first CFO within the next two years.
Requirements
- 3 years in investment banking, private equity, or VC
- 5 years experience within Finance at a fast growing startup
- Experience of leading fundraising rounds
- Must have owned a model
- Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
- Outstanding and innovative conflict resolution abilities, with a knack for negotiation and reconciling differences
- Exceptionally strategic in approach, yet practical in action
Salary : $250,000 - $300,000
