The Role

As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you’ll provide essential therapy services to seniors, working primarily in Fresno County with occasional travel to other parts of the state as needed. You'll assess participants, develop care plans, and enhance their ability to live safely and independently.

What You’ll Do

✔️ Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
✔️ Provide treatments in various settings (home, clinics, hospitals, etc.)
✔️ Train staff, caregivers, and families on therapy techniques
✔️ Evaluate and recommend durable medical equipment
✔️ Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes

What's Needed

✅ CA Occupational Therapist License & CPR/First-Aid Certification
✅ 1 year experience working with frail or elderly populations
✅ Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability
✅ Ability to travel between sites as needed
