What You’ll Do:
🔹 Co-manage the tax compliance and consulting services for a diverse client base, including businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and estates.
🔹 Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
🔹 Review and sign off on complex tax returns while ensuring compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
🔹 Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
🔹 Identify tax planning opportunities and strategies to maximize client benefits.
🔹 Stay up-to-date with evolving tax laws and contribute to firm-wide best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ CPA designation required (Master’s in Taxation is a plus).
✅ 8 years of public accounting experience, with a strong focus on tax.
✅ Proven leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and developing staff.
✅ Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax laws.
✅ Excellent client service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
